We guarantee that this product has been manufactured, tested and found to comply with the standards and specifications of the Russian Federation.
Provided the product proper operation of the "ROSTAR" Group undertakes to provide free replacement of the defective product within the warranty period, which is calculated from the date of purchase product from the company or authorized dealers.

Instructions for the dealers and consumers with a warranty return products:
1. Review the warranty policy "Rostar " Group.
2. If you are a dealer with a consumer handling warranty - go to "Add a complaint" and fill in the reclamation act in electronic form, attaching a photo of the defect on the site in your account in the "My complaint" tab.
3. In the absence of a personal account on the website, print and fill out the claim report.
Send e-mail to the engineer guarantees "Rostar" kanc.redtruck@rostar.biz following required materials:
- Scanned copy of the completed reclamation act
- Documents: warranty card, receipt of payment, receipt, invoice or purchase order
- Photos of the defective product

4. In case of complete information on the defective product you will get an answer as soon as possible.
5. If you are a dealer, after receiving information from the engineer's report on the guarantee of the results of the consumer.
