27 inquisitive fourth-graders have visited a production plant of ROSTAR.
Excursion on plant was saturated and versatile. Children were told about the company, about trucks where installed TM ROSTAR details, about production technologies of autocomponents, about the professions important for production. Children were given a unique opportunity to become part of a powerful production organism, to put the picture of production from the beginning - the drawing, to the end - the ready spare part.
The project manager Anna Kharitonova, the deputy director for production Alexey Mityushkin, the director of development Sergey Chupin have organized to inquisitive children's minds interesting round on production shops. Children have visited also ROSTAR laboratory.
Most of all school students had liked excursion on laboratories and especially the equipment presented here. They have extremely impressed forge presses, the automatic transfer line of steering fingers. There was no limit to delight. Anna Kharitonova comments: "Interest was childly direct".
Visit of production base by students is a planned task for ROSTAR. There is part of the comprehensive program of maintenance and development of personnel potential. And one of problems of this program is adaptation of future experts in profile area.
Moreover, it is important connection between generations - parents of several children work in ROSTAR. It positively affects social climate of the enterprise - such approach plays a large role in the choice of future profession.
